Thus is your pre warning now to make aure youve added any services you require in addition to your appointment. Ie Repairs or desgin etc.
At the time of booking you are accepting and understand the terms and conditions below.
I no longer take a booking fee, but I require you to add your card details to your account. (Protected by stripe) Appointments can not be fulfilled unless this has been added.
•Please arrive no earlier than your booked time, of you are running late please advise. If you are more than 20 mins late to your appointment, I will not have the time to complete your appointment. An alternative treatment/reduced service can be performed at the same cost as booked treatment.
•Please make sure you add the correct treatment and treatment add ons such French/design.
•If you are under 18 I require parental permission.
• Discount codes can ONLY be used when booking your appointment. I cannot add these on the day. These cannot be used in December.
• Vouchers can be used on your treatment with prior notice up to 24 hours before. These cannot be used in December.

•All information is kept in accordance with the current GDPR legislation. I will not share any information nor pass on to any third parties.
•Images taken are for my reference purposes and advertising. If you do not wish for your photo to be used on social media, please let me know. I will usually ask prior to taking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I do not take a booking fee at the time of booking however, all appointments are subject to a £15 cancellation fee unless the below comes in the place:
• If you do not attend your booked appointment, theres no communication. A FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. Should this fail, it will be tried again in 48 hours. If said payment is not received or I still have had no communication, no further treatments will be booked until the balance is cleared.
• 48 hours from booked time will require a 50% cancellection fee.
• 24 hours from booked time will require FULL PAYMENT cancellation fee. This includes on the day cancellations of treatments/full appointments.
Im very understanding when illnesses and life get in the way, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss alternative options.
Repeat offenders to rescheduling and cancellations will require a full payment upon booking any treatment.
