By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions below.

All appointments require a £15 booking fee, payable at the time of your first booking. You may:

• Use the booking fee and pay the remaining balance at your appointment. For any further treatments, a new booking fee will be required. Please note that appointment slots are not guaranteed

•Let the fee roll over, and pay the full cost if treatment.

•Please ensure that your card details are added to your account. All payments are securely processed and protected by Stripe. Appointments cannot be fulfilled unless these details have been provided.

•Your fee may be transferred if you need to reschedule your appointment, provided the change is made more than 72 hours before the original appointment time. This transfer is permitted up to two times; after this, a new fee will be required.

•Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, as any breaks beforehand may be in use. If you’re running late, I’d appreciate a quick message to let me know. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may mean there isn’t enough time to complete the full appointment, in which case an alternative or reduced service may be offered.

•If I am ever running behind schedule, I will do my best to let you know. Alternatively, I have a waiting area available and can make space for you if needed. I will always try to avoid any delays and appreciate your understanding.

•Please make sure to select the correct treatment and let me know of any add-ons, such as French or design options, when booking. This ensures I can allocate enough time to give you the best possible service.

•If you are under 18, I kindly ask for parental permission. Please note that, due to insurance restrictions, I am unable to provide treatments for anyone under the age of 13.

•Discount codes can only be applied up to 72 hours before your booking and cannot be added on the day. Please note that discount codes are not valid in December.

•Vouchers may also be used for your treatment with at least 72 hours’ notice and are not valid in December.

•If you need to get in touch, please contact me via WhatsApp, text, or phone call at 07359 085031. Kindly avoid using social media, Messenger, or Instagram for bookings or enquiries, as I may not see messages sent there promptly.

•All personal information is handled in accordance with current GDPR legislation. Your details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

•Any images taken are used for reference and promotional purposes. If you prefer that your photos are not shared on social media, please let me know. I will usually ask for your permission before taking any photos.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur the full treatment cost. Your booking fee can be used toward this, but a new booking fee will be required to confirm your next appointment.

•You may reschedule or change your appointment up to 72 hours in advance, and your booking fee will be transferable.

•Clients who repeatedly reschedule or cancel appointments may be asked to pay the full treatment cost at the time of booking for future appointments.
